This is my favourite place to get all kinda of beauty treatments. Has been for a while. Always very efficient, always ensure you are happy and I always walk out pleased with any treatment I have had. I trust the ladies who thread and wax for me, so much so I attempted tinting too. I am very funny about my eyes and she was so patient with me when tinting my lashes. Recommendations were based on my colouring and personal features, and they were absolutely right. I love this place, I am a regular customer and reccomend them for anyone.

I went in for a Hollywood wax, my understanding of this is complete hair removal including the bottom area. I paid via Treatwell. During the treatment the therapist asked me to turn over to remove hair from my rear. When I was leaving I was asked for more money as I had had the extended service apparently. At no stage was I told this was an extra - it does not say it on the description. Needless to say I will not be going back to be taken advantage of whilst in a semi dressed state. It’s nothing but exploitative!
