I had an awful experience getting my infills done today. I have no issues with the man that did the actual infills but the women who painted my nails was awful!!! They are never helpful when it comes to picking colours or giving you enough time to pick a colour.
The woman had put three thick coats of top cote on one hand and only one coat on the other. When I complained a bout getting air bubbles in my nail varnish she grab and pulled my arm in such a rough way then argued with me. She and other members of staff were very defensive. Her way of fixing things was to offer another layer of top coat on that hand. After applying coat number 4 I was left with my hands under the drier machine for over 30mins.
I tried very hard to get someones attention. The staff were looking and then turning away.
I told her I was not happy with my nails at all but couldn’t do anything about it as I had already pre paid through the Treatwell app.

Very fast service, as I arrived before my appointment time, and I was seen to straight away. They did a good job of removing the gel nail polish.
