Really rude irish family treated the place like a children's crèche, they were customer walk ins & made the atomosphere in here unbearable. They were really rude to the staff. My treatment wasn't great but I don't blame the staff - I think they were stressed and preoccupied. But additionally to that, they shouldn't rake walk ins when people have booked to avoid conflict.
