No “good morning”, no “goodbye”, no conversation. I ve felt like a burden as a customer. I was stopped at the door and asked if I have paid !!! I ve prepaid my visit on Treatwell app, I almost felt like I was stealing something. No organisation, no customer service. I will not be coming back. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I had arrived 10mins before my appointment but I was taken in right away. The removal of existing gel was quick and well done. The re-application of new gel colour was also quick and nicely applied too. I had asked for a bit of a nail art (pretty basic) on 2 nails - they have done it (even though it was just ok) but nevertheless they did not charge me extra money for that - which I was told that they usually do. I am pleased with the service and I will go back again. Really good value for money!
