I had a Hollywood wax with Roza and she was such a lovely lady. She made me feel comfortable straight away and was very friendly and professional throughout the appointment.
Roza was gentle, quick, and very thorough, which made the whole experience much easier than I expected. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The hygiene standards were excellent and the results were perfect.
I would definitely recommend Roza!
