It was my first time at this salon so I trusted the reviews. I’m afraid, the final result was not great to say the least. Very messy and botched long bob with weird strains of hair poking out and without clean levelled length as per my request, also the hairdresser didn’t thinned the ends at all so after washing at home it looked pretty bad. I called the salon so hopefully they will be able to fix it, but it’s not ideal experience.
