It feels terrible to write this but I doubt the stylists here are professionally qualified. Here are some of the reasons why: - Despite that the style I requires was heavily layered and thus required careful sectioning, I didn’t notice any of it. The ‘wet cut’ phase was incredibly short. - The hair wash/dry was done in the least professional way I’ve ever experienced. And I have been to a lot of salons in a lot of cities. Skipped some areas, and the assistant rubbed my hair against each other.
