Roxana was not there when I arrived and when I spoke to the beautician she wasn’t aware that I had an appointment, after taking me into the room she kept having to get up and stop people from entering the building which put me off and then half way through she used the bathroom which I thought was a little annoying too seen as she kept getting up and leaving the room. It felt very rushed and room was very cold as she left the door open from coming in and out the room.
