I came in for a blow dry and believed my hair was medium length, as it’s just below my shoulders. I was never told before starting that there’d be an extra £10 charge for thick/long hair, and this isn’t stated on the Treatwell site. The blow dry itself was poor. After, the salon claimed that they notified me prior of the extra cost when i can confirm this wasn't done. Also, they said that the extra price was due to extra products used when no other products were used that were for thick hair.
