Sama was great and was polite for the 5 mins she washed my hair and unfortunately another colleague continued on my hair. The wash wasn’t great felt more like a rinse than wash. As I have curly hair the lack of detangling while washing ended with me having a huge hair knot and extra hair loss from that knot. The wash bask-in wasn’t clean had previous hair dye and hair from another customer. The blow dry ended up great but we used so many different techniques which I found weird.

Sammi was amazing with my daughter having her brows threaded for the first time very patient. Would highly recommend and will definitely be going back
