Sami is incredible. She’s gentle, so sweet, and amazing at her job! I’ve always got balayage done and she cares a lot about getting it perfect and making sure I’m happy. I left Manchester last year but still make the 4 hour journey here <3 xx

Sanaz is great as usual, only the issue is with the waxing room, which doesn't have any lock and people keep coming in which is very uncomfortable and very annoying...
