I had the worst experience at Roya’s Salon. My privacy was violated when my chest area was exposed without consent. They double-booked my appointment with a client needing a pregnancy bikini wax and moved me from the bed to a chair without asking. Wax was left on me, and they didn’t clean the bed. To make things worse, they shared the same wax applicators between clients. The £75 I paid was not worth the discomfort, and I’m considering reporting them to trading standards. Avoid this salon.
