The venue was clean, the therapists were kind and skilled. I was offered a complimentary tea, which was lovely. However, the process felt rushed. We were taken straight to the massage rooms with no introduction or explanation, this wasn't ideal as it was our first massage. I also have a knee injury, and without prior warning weight was applied to it during the treatment. I booked aromatherapy and my partner deep tissue, but our massages seemed identical with no difference in the treatments.
