I’ve been to other branches but at this one it was very nice and clean but my massage was way too rough it didn’t feel like there’s was much technique used, quite disappointing as I had a sore neck before and now it’s much worse

This was my first time coming here and I loved it. Everyone was welcoming and friendly and it was very clean. The lady that did my wax was lovely and was a very smooth process. I definitely will be coming back
