Lily really is an exceptional talent and I would highly recommend her skills. Not only was the whole experience as relaxing as I hoped but I was amazed at the relief I felt from this experience in the days after. I had honestly forgotten how relaxed my shoulders should be and I had great sleep on consecutive nights, which is highly unusual for me. Lilys expertise is an experience no-one should deny themselves
