I rate the whole thing a disaster! Please beware of this place is a fake, I’m absolutely annoyed that I drove from Hertfordshire to this place wasted not only my time but my money to get henna done at a salon that doesn’t exist a salon that gives a number out that u can’t reach, after a long day at work I drove down hoping to receive a treatment booked through this site and no such place exists

My threading and eyebrow tinting was done in a house which was fine. Sana was welcoming. The threading was ok, but Iasnt happy with the tinting. I had to go homeand wipe it off because one eyebrow was thicker than the other even though I told her about this. Maybe better lighting is also recommended as I also noticed my eyebrows weren't done properly.

Terrible experience. I have booked an appointment from a whole day selection of appointments at 11am and the next morning got a notification that it was rescheduled for 4pm. I have rebooked it again for 11am for the next day and again it was rescheduled for 4pm. If I was available to book for evening, I would have but I clearly needed the appt to be in the morning. I have sent a polite message to the lady asking to cancel and process a refund as I am unable to attend. Her entire response was 'Ok'. No hello, no nothing. No refund was processed and I sent a following message which was ignored. Absolutely appalling.
