The whole treatment (eyebrow waxing) was very rushed. There is a significant piece of skin that was ripped away and looking terrible and is quite sore.

Roya is excellent! She uses high quality wax, makes the experience as painless as it can be and has a very welcoming and warm personality. Don't be deterred by the fact it's inside a nail salon. The space might be on the smaller side, but it's clean and nicely decorated. I would highly recommend having Roya beauty as your regular salon!

Overall was an okay experience. Downsides were needing more privacy when changing and I personally did not benefit from this technique of massage. Roya herself was kind and I'm sure it works for other people but not myself.
