Freya is so warm and welcoming, put me right at ease. I was in agony from snowboarding the day before so was in dire need of a massage. She focused on the areas I pointed out were the worst for tension, while overall giving my back neck and shoulders a good working. I was completely relaxed by the end of it, and the next day I was a lot less sore. Very happy with my experience!
