While I'm happy with my cut and colour, there were too many walk-ins that received a lot of attention over the appointments, leaving a lot of unhappy faces in the salon waiting for their turn. An example was I was left in the very uncomfortable hair basin chair for 40minutes, while I watched the stylists prioritised people they knew. My neck was very stiff by the end which made it hard to appreciate the colour and cut. Hoping that is a one off or I wouldn't recommend going on a Friday evening

Nicholas was great! He took time and care with my frizzy/ dry hair and turned it into nourished shiny frizz-free curls! I would definitely go back!
