I booked the appointment through treatwell app so Ihad to payin advance. I got the the address of the appointment half an earlieras was the first time for me in this place. Once I got there, there was no sign of the salon i tried too contact the personnel but i had no response. I've waited outside for ather 45 minutes after my appointment suppose to start thinking that maybe they were busy with other customers. It was a very not nice experience and I really want to have the refund.

Amazing experience overall! Hannah was absolutely lovely she made me feel welcomed and at ease. She explained all the intrinsic details with regards to my facial and went through the process of the before and after care. Super happy with my facial as well as the results so far. Defo going back for more soon

Amazing experience, professional, friendly and well informed team! Warm and welcoming, with top treatments. No wonder I keep coming back for more!! Efficient and thorough, I've had many treatments by Rossé Beau and there isn't one bad thing I can honestly say about them? The fact that they do home visit has been a real bonus, proper chuffed :-) , would highly recommend, Thank you Rossé Beau!!
