I’m a regular client at Rosie’s nail salon and I also have the male therapist and I have never had an issues. My last appointment was with a female who rushed the whole process. When I got home and put my glasses on I realised the surface of the colour was lumpy and I not smooth. She had also missed the colour from some of the nails. I paid £30 so I expect a professional job but I was really disappointed.

This was the worst and most painful Hollywood ever. I am very sorry for Phuong asshe was nice with me but waxing is nother job at all. not only it was 30 minutes of pain but I also have hair left! And I had to ask to clean better cause she was leaving even more hair. They might be very good with nails but not at all with waxing. Never again

Good service very quick and efficient not very friendly or cordial. No alcohol clean of surfaces or tools used
