Nail tech I have had previously wasn’t there (who I requested) and the one with similar skills wasn’t assigned to me.
I asked for something specific but he didn’t listen to what simple thing I was asking and clearly started to get annoyed. Nails are bulky.
Used so much top cot my nails crinkled at the tip.
I kept being advised of costs and paying upfront (Even though I paid online) which is off putting and very offensive.
Wasn’t happy on this occasion.

Was ok. I booked my appointment online but I think there was a miscommunication.
I was grateful to be seen but it was super rushed and not worth the money.
I’ve had a pedicure here before and it was amazing - bit disappointed this time but the job was done.

I came in for gel soak off and manicure. Unfortunately the salon was triple booked with one beautician trying to deal with three ladies. I gave up after the gel was soaked off as it was taking so long and therapist was rushing. I won’t be returning.
