It was a different person than usual and the experience was not good. They didnt take the biab off properly, tried to put base coat before cleaning my nails, and then they reapplied it in a rush. Filing was not brilliant - she used a machine file to cut my nails which I’ve never seen done before. Very odd experience as when i’ve been here before its been great.
