I booked a last-minute appointment (first one at R&C) for the following day. Rosie texted me precise directions and even offered an earlier slot in case would suit my schedule better. The service was so efficient that by the time we finished our chat, I was already done! Rosie noticed my skin sensitivity after waxing and provided extra soothing cream along with great aftercare advice. Glad I went, honest pricing and professional service, I’ll return!
