Lovely and relaxed atmosphere, very calming, not at all rushed. Cathy read my notes on my booking about my pain/injury/focus, asked questions, and encouraged me to let her known if I wanted her to ease up (or go harder - I did not!). After 1 session I was able to sleep through the night pain free for the first time in weeks. :) They also have very good rates, and discount if you pay for 3 appts in advance. I'll be back!
