I was bought a voucher for my birthday and 4 months later have finally managed to get a credit note as Rose-Nova informed me that I couldn't have an appointment in Guildford and offered me Twickenham instead!! This whole process has been an absolute joke and makes Wahanda look terrible for offering a service that actually doesn't exist. Beware if you are buying from this vendor or be prepared to wait 2 months and then travel to Twickenham for an appointment!!
It was really great - just what I needed. I loved that it was in the comfort of my own home which suited my needs. She didn't hurt as much as some ladies can when waxing, she was conscious and knowledgable regarding do's and don'ts of waxing. Def going to use again and probably going to get a facial too.
