I had the Dermatologica Prescription facial- it was fine but I would have liked to have been talked through the stages of what was going to happen. Ambiance was good if not slightly cold but definitely not uncomfortable. I would recommend if anyone- especially with the £10 off voucher.
Would not book an appointment at this spa again! The overall cleanliness of the spa did not look very nice and were running late on appointments. The actual manicure was poorly done, a day after the treatment my shellac manicure had already started chipping! Was due to have another shellac manicure in March but I have cancelled my appointment.
This place was quite hard to find and good job I arrived a bit earlier to try and find it! The room was small and the aircon was blowing warm which made it feel a bit stifling. I liked that the salon didn't try and sell me another treatment or to book a discounted treatment if i come back. The thing that's stopping it getting 5 stars is the fact that, the waxer had a cold, and rather than turning away and coughing, she decided to cough on me and the area she was waxing!!!! I couldn't believe it! How unhygienic!!
