Horrible place. I went there for a manicure. Wasn't worth the commute and the time. She used an old and dirty nail file to shape my nails. She then DAMAGED the upper side of my nails. I have had proper manicure done many times before and I am aware that this is NOT how you do it. The woman who was doing it did not wash her hands before or after. She applied the nail polish not better than I could have done it myself. I was worried about the dirtiness of the place and I was happy I had only a mini manicure as I would have rejected any contact with scissors, clippers, and other equipment which might infect me in some way. I hope that a dirty file won't infect me. I think someone should REPORT then and check on the hygiene of this salon. It is very unprofessional. At the same time some people were entering a cupboard in order to get tanned and some loud distressing noises from the equipment was heard from there. The floor and everything there was dirty, the nail varnishes were covered in dust. She put some liquid inside of the OPI varnish so she basically doesn't give you a proper manicure. IT WAS A JOKE, I hope no one dies because of infection there.
BE WARNED The salon calendar isn't connected to the Treatwell calendar so they double book appointments and "try to contact" you to explain. :|
Booked well in advance and when I arrived at the salon I was told that they couldn't do the treatment because it was double booked. Absolute disgrace of a receptionist didn't offer any apology or try to make it up - just said they were fully booked and I could be seen on friday.
I suspect that they want you to book directly with them to make money.
