The venue itself is great and very cute but there was a lot of confusion when I was there which meant my quick appointment was quite long. I was also almost charged double the price and instead of a waxing that I had booked my eyebrows were threaded. The staff are also very pushy towards buying blocks of appointments. I will probably go back as it may have been a one off experience.
