Good value for money in central London, however the treatment could have been more delicate and attentive: it was quite painful and I was left with red skin and a lot of wax residue. The staff could also be a bit more welcoming.

The wax was much quicker than I have had before and more painful. I'm not sure if that is usual for this salon or whether it was because I was the last client of the day. No effort was made to finish the job neatly or remove any remaining hairs and I think the rush job has caused me to have more ingrown hairs than usual.
