Booked an appointment at lunchtime for a Lvl eyelash lift. It took way longer than the time mentioned which was 45 minutes. I was also late coming back to work. The eyelash lift did not do anything for me and was a waste but it may have a different effect for others. This was my first time trying it and the lady did not explain what she was doing which I think is what you would normally do. The lady did not really make me feel comfortable and I don't think I will go back.

The location is easy to find, very clean and has a very calming atmosphere. My appointment began on time and was flawlessly done. I will definitely be going back!
