OK, the bad part first. There is no bubbly, no conditioning treatment and no head massage plus the salon is in urgent need of a big face-lift. For the first fifteen minutes I was seriously wondering what I was doing there....
Now for the good part - the salon is under new ownership and the owner really seems to know his stuff regarding colour (I was listening in) and the stylist (Robert) certainly knows about blow drys and Brazilian straightening....
So, if you can ignore the facilities (which they are going to be doing up very soon) and your main interest is the fact that you leave with your hair looking glossy and lovely....then worth a try.
Excellent service, I was complimented on my hair cut all day by complete strangers. Really good stylist, she had great ideas about what could be added or changed in the future. I absolutely loved it!
Small compact venue full of friendly hairdressers. About a 10 minute walk from farringdon station. Massaging chairs was an unexpected touch. Nice with the glass of bubbles. If I lived/worked nearer I would return.
Didn't really have a proper consultation with the stylist, my hair was washed before i even saw the stylist which i found odd. I told him that i wanted a bob and he set to work not asking me how long, if i wanted it layered or if i wanted a fringe. My hair cut turned out ok but not amazing. I wouldn't go back here again
Finally found a great hairdresser in London that understood exactly how I wanted my hair! Was so pleased with my hair cut that I got a coloring to! Great service, great cuts - nice bubbly drink and people!
