It was very nice and had a very pampering feel! The whole experience was great, the staff were nice and wanted to be clear what i wanted to achieve, great value for money and i will definitely be going there again in future.

Thank you to James for my pampering yesterday evening. Great cut and he dried it just how I like it loose and flicky! Nice head and back massage (from the chair) and glass of bubbly. We were made very welcome by all the staff - only downside is the decor which I understand will undergo a refurb soon.

Lovely ambience and lovely to be offered a drink when I arrived. The head massage was delicious. Often hairdressers don't seem to listen to what you want but James was really attentive. I was very happy when I left.

The only complaint i have is that nobody offered me a glass of champagne on arrival as was part of the deal. And when i asked for it i was given a very warm glass of bubbly that obviously had not been in teh fridge, so that was a bit disappointing. However, overall i was very pleased with the cut and blow dry and the stylist was very nice and friendly.

Great friendly environment. The staff are really warm and approachable. My haircut was nice - probably not the best I've ever had but good value for money nonetheless. If you just want a trim then this place is spot on. Location is easy to get to and I'll probably go back again in they have another offer.
