I have been twice and both ladies: Aurora and Nisha were really professional, considerate and the wax was not as painful as I'd expected. They are very friendly and try to make you as comfortable as can be.

I had a Brazilian wax and found it somewhat disappointing. First of all, the therapist took off much more hair from the top, even though I asked her to leave a stripe, without even asking me, as a result I was left with a tiny triangle. Then she couldn't get a straight line anywhere, passing on the wax to me eventually to put it where I want, which is not smth I'd expect a customer to do. (She then said she's not a specialist in a Brazilian wax, but rather in a Hollywood wax). I also feel the whole procedure could've been done with less iterations, causing a bit less pain. I was also left with lots of wax on my heel (of all places!) which she couldn't clean off. What I did like is that she used stripe wax to get rid of left over hair, rather than tweezers. So the end result is quite neat, but (a) not the shape that I wanted and (b) not the most hassle-free process.
Encountered issues in the booking process, but when I finally managed to sort an appointment time my wax was excellent.
