I had the pleasure of visiting The Roseberry Rooms for the first time this afternoon and I'm very happy with my Hollywood Wax! I was initially booked to have a Brazilian but Sonia who waxed me suggested I have a Hollywood wax instead which I was happy to agree with.
Sonia was very attentive, fast and thorough and the wax was pain free - result! The room was lovely and warm and very clean, with relaxing music playing in the background. I was made to feel at ease and comfortable. I'll be sure to visit here again for a Hollywood wax. Thank you Sonia!
Please note: If you have trouble finding the salon (which you shouldn't it's SO easy to find) just pop "The Roseberry Rooms" into Google Maps and look at "Street View" you really cannot miss it!
The venue isn't wonderful but my wax was quick and thorough. The lady got on with a no-fuss wax and I was out of there in no time. Would definitely repeat.

I had bought a voucher to this spa for a friend. She was freaked out by how dirty the whole place was: towels, pillows and everything! And it was quite embarrassing for me too after I found out she had such a nasty experience there. Cleanliness should be a priority in this business, and since these guys obviously don't care about this, I thought I should share this with you and save you the stress and money. The service you get in there will definitely not make your day better! Avoid the place, it's a dump!
Great eyebrow threading. The lady did them exactly as I like them quite quickly. Would definitely go back. The only problem I had was that, when the Spa texted me reminding me of my appointment, they gave me a different slot to the one I had booked on Treatwell. So best call up and check that your appointment is at the time you want it.
