Anna is extremely conscientious and knowledgeable about skin, nails, problem skin and other health issues . She has deep experience to draw upon and she researched an issue that pertained to my particular case and emailed me with good advice and information the next day after my appointment .. I think it is termed ‘over and above the call of duty ‘
