I went in for the electrolysis treatment and I am very happy with it. Anna is great! She is super friendly and very professional, you can really tell she knows what she is doing. She was very detailed at explaining how the treatment works and how I need to take care of my skin after it, which I really appreciate. I am definitely continuing my treatment with her!

Anna is brilliant. So friendly and knowledgeable and with meticulous attention to detail. She is a perfectionist and takes her time over each treatment. Love my regular manicures and I decided to trust her with my eyebrows which I hadn't touched throughout lockdown - I was nervous that waxing wouldn't be precise enought but the results were amazing and I will be going back regularly for any beauty treatment I need.

BEST WAX IN LONDON!!!!!!!!!!
Waxes are painful and awkward, especially when it’s your time of the month. Anna was AMAZING! She made me feel welcomed and put me at ease straight away. She kept asking me if I was comfortable, was the temperature of the wax ok, she was professional, thorough, and any difficult hairs she used a tweezer. And best thing of all, LEAST PAINFUL WAX EVER! All this with Mother Nature knocking on my uterus door!
Anna you are an absolute gem, see you next month!
