The only issue was that I had to wait outside for about 10 mins and there was no way of communicating as there isn’t a ringer. That said, the treatment was great. Lucy was really kind, professional, and targeted the spots that really need attention.

Scam. Turned up and the place was completely shut. Waited outside for 10 minutes and tried the door many times. Took a video as proof. Tried calling the salon 3 times but unsurprisingly there was no answer. Still waiting to receive my £32 back.
