The only issue was that I had to wait outside for about 10 mins and there was no way of communicating as there isn’t a ringer. That said, the treatment was great. Lucy was really kind, professional, and targeted the spots that really need attention.

Scam. Turned up and the place was completely shut. Waited outside for 10 minutes and tried the door many times. Took a video as proof. Tried calling the salon 3 times but unsurprisingly there was no answer. Still waiting to receive my £32 back.

You’ll find us situated above our flagship Pure Beauty Zone store, a hub for all things natural beauty, stocked up with our favourite clean beauty products from independent brands as well as our well-loved Elemis & Image skincare classics for you to purchase.

Pure Spa Rose St is open seven days a week and will be available outside of office hours as well, so why not pop in for a manicure after work and debunk your day with our friendly therapists or unwind and forget you’re in the middle of the city with a massage in our tranquil treatment rooms.
