Salon does not look the same as in picture, so quite surprised when I turned up. Rosie is lovely, friendly and personable. My hair was ok. I was charged extra for flat iron curls, which I did not expect. Quite a basic service.

Rose is lovely, friendly and attentive. However on arrival to the salon, it appeared that the Treatwell pictures are misleading, the salon does not look the same. The blow dry itself was okay. I did ask for a bouncy blow dry with curls. Instead I got a straight blow dry which was then curled with a straightener. Ironically I left exactly how I came in, as my hair was exactly like that from the night before having done that myself. I was charged an additional £5 for this. Not very happy.
