Petra was brilliant - she sorted out a terrible henna eyebrow treatment that another salon had messed up, and was so nice about the whole thing. My eyebrows look so much better now she has fixed them!

Petra is absolutely fantastic. Went for a pedicure and she squeezed in a manicure for me no problem as well. Chat was fantastic, made me feel so welcome in her home, and even ran me to the station so I didn’t miss my train!
Customer service you just don’t find at most salons.
