I had such a lovely experience, everything from welcoming and comfort, I even had a head massage while having my hair washed (not every hairdresser does this!) conversation was so natural and easy to flow, offered me drinks throughout my treatment. And most of all my hair was perfect love the transformation! Just a great experience as a whole!

Every time I see Monica she is smiling and makes me feel welcome. At my last appointment she wasn’t feeling very well but she was still chatty and professional. She offered me a blanket in case I got cold while she applied infills to my lash extensions which was lovely and cosy.
I would highly recommend Monica if you are thinking about lash extensions.
