Unfortunately, my curls completely fell out within an hour, despite paying £40 for the service and needing my hair to last for a wedding. I wasn't even asked what sort of curls I wanted, and she didn't hold the hair after curling it either.
During the appointment, the stylist didn’t use heat protectant, and she had to be reminded for hairspray. The chair wasn't clean and I had to wipe it. I complained on Instagram but no one got back to me regarding this.

It’s my first time trying here for a haircut. From the outside, the shop looks clean and cosy. That’s why I gave it a try. I don’t find the staff friendly or welcoming. On the positive note, I wasn’t being kept waiting for too long for my appointment. So I was in and out within the expected time.
