I had the Lvl lash lift. The overall outcome is ok not as good as others ive had before. The treatment itself could have been improved. As i stated id had it done a couple of times badly in the past, i expected to be made to feel more at ease. There was no commentary of what she was doing so i had to guess as my eyes were closed for an hour. in fact there was no conversation at all from the therapist which is a first while having this treatment. Her phone alarm went off loudly twice in my ear and i could also hear her texting on her phone towards the end when i just wanted the things off my eyes! A relaxing treatment it was not. I feel a little overpriced and unfortunately would not return.
