I came in for a full HD brow design but it took just a few minutes- waxing was nice and quick but I feel more effort could’ve been put into the tinting side. Could get the same procedure done for almost half the price.

I only have had treatments when I visit Manchester but I’d definitely recommend for anyone who lives close by. You can tell that your treatment is being handled by an experienced therapist

I really cannot speak highly enough of Rose, both as a therapist and as a person (she has restored my faith in humanity of late!). It’s always lovely to see her again and have a chat, and I’m always absolutely delighted with the job she does. Rose really takes her time and is so thorough.
I’ve recently moved out of the city centre but still drive to see her from Worsley, it sometimes takes up to 40 minutes in traffic but it is worth it. I have tried many, MANY salons/therapists in Manchester over 11 years and stillRose is the best. I’m looking forward to having many more treatments with her!
I’m leaving this review because I have been blown away by her kindness. She has consoled me and helped me a lot during what was a difficult time when I lost my mum recently, and her empathy and kindness was so genuine.
She has done the same when my dog has been poorly, giving me lots of advice and reassurance, being a dog lover herself. Not many people are this kind, and she is not obligated to spend the extra time to talk to me.
Above all however- I am chronically unwell, yet Rose is so accommodating of this- I can ring ON THE DAY of my appointment, just a few hours before, and say that I cannot come as I’m too unwell- but still she is always so kind and texts me to just let her know when I can come.
Rose does not have to do this, as this means she loses a slot where she could have had another customer, but she does, and I really appreciate it to say the least.
She never gets annoyed and is so understanding, and just lets me rebook on the day I am better. I have never known anyone else to do this and she does this out of the kindness of her heart. She’s always so flexible with me, and just sends me well wishes when I am sick. Kind people are hard to find these days but Rose is one of them.
Rose has such a kind heart, I always love chatting with her. I’ve been a customer of Rose’s before her latest premises, and followed her to where she is now- she really is that good, as well as being such a genuinely lovely lady.
I’ve said before on here that I would not trust anybody else with my eyebrows or my face, and I still feel the same way. Rose is such a lovely sweet lady who is VERY talented and very passionate about what she does. I cannot speak highly enough of her ❤️
