Rose is wonderful, chatty and warm. She recommended the most appropriate wax to use for my hair type.
The room was very clean and had a nice feel to it.
Rose's demeanour was professional throughout and I was seen on time.
The wax itself was thorough and I was well distracted with our chatting. I barely felt a thing!
