The hollywood wax left me more irritated than usual where I have gotten them at other salons. I bought my friend for their first wax and the wax was too hot, making it painful and their skin is now irritated. No patch test was done to test the temperature. The final result was rushed as a few small (and one large) section of hair were ignored (not the landing strip) and now the area is abnormally hot, swollen and sensitive :(
