The nail technician did great but the length of the appointment is why I’m giving the treatment 4*. It took 90 mins rather than the originally quoted 40 mins which I wasn’t expecting. Nails look great, I just wish my expectations were managed from the start.

someone new did my feet and hurt me trying to remove the gel from my nails. it wasn't a pleasant pedi. the new colour wasn't applied very well and some toes look different than others. not very happy with the experience today.
