I came here a few weeks ago whilst visiting the area, I am actually a professional waxer myself so went on the overall star rating on treatwell when picking this place. I felt the room was not very clean, I also found many hairs (not related to the few ingrown hairs I had but hairs that had been missed in areas like the back of my knee, bum and ankle area) so had to go over it with a razor. I also noticed that no cleansing of my skin was carried out beforehand and the lady double dipped the spatula which is incredibly unhygienic. The lady who carried out my waxing was absolutely lovely and her customer service skills were great but I think retraining on technique and also improvements on hygiene are essential.
