It was a very busy Saturday morning, I felt that the welcome could have been more professional as the lady in charge was juggling far too many balls and trying to squeeze in as many people as possible, This led to a mix up with treatments that I had pre-booked and I ended up paying for something extra that I didn't ask for. The outcome was oddly shaped eyebrows that were tinted okay but more tint on my eyelids than eyelashes. The whole experience felt like a fast spa experience and not relaxing!

Two weeks after having lash extensions I returned to have a new set applied. Because I had looked after them, as advised, I could have lasted another week, however due to time I only had this weekend in which to get new ones. Again booked and paid on line, arrived early and was seen almost immediately. The procedure to remove the lashes was fully explained and didn’t take long. My new lashes went on well and I hope to keep these for 3 weeks, fingers crossed! Thank you once again Rose Beauty.
