I really enjoyed my treatments. All of the staff were really friendly. My (desperately needed) pedicure was done beautifully, I'm very happy with my hands and feet. The eyebrow wax was pretty much pain free and they are a lovely shape. The Indian head massage was so soothing, I could have happily fallen asleep. Thank you.

Arrived 5 mins in advance then had to wait an additional 10mins for a free seat despite having an appointment booked in advance. Staff was very friendly and sociable but organisation was lacking. Staff was trying to balance multiple treatments at once which meant that my 30min treatment turned into just under an hour.
